The elevator was broken walked up three flights , it smelled the room and the breakfast the free breakfast was literally grAb and go and it was right in the entrance of lobby from check in. No working iron and no hair blower.

Lacking the amenities you'd expect. Appliances in kitchen look very dated. No cookware, plates, glasses or untensils to cook with. Tub was dirty had bugs in it. Had panel drapes instead of ones that could close to keep the light out, parking lot lights kept waking me up throughout the night. Couldn't watch TV because they had satellite service that was out due to the rain. Elevator out of service. Bed was comfortable though.

Our final room was okay. The first room they gave us was messy with an unmade bed, trash in the room, and generally not clean. The room and hall had a scent of smoke even though signs were all over the place.

Pool closed per management The pool was closed at the “managers” choice. The pool and kitchenette was the main things that sold me on Thai location. I passed up other hotels, just to find out that the pool was closed for no reason.

Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. (Except a hair dryer, no big deal) AC company was there this weekend to deep clean all units and sanitize. Overall good hotel.
This place is always clean! And has a good air freshener thru out in the Lobby, hallways and in rooms too. The only thing I didn't like is that they didn't had close captions, I'm hard of hearing and I need Close Captions to understand the T.V
