Did not book like photos, dirty lobby, loud kids running in halls all night. Cooking smells and smoke fill hallways. Pass

Staycation There was hair in the shower when we got there and bugs in the bathroom. We woke up before the sun and noticed two bed bugs in the bed and ended up leaving right then and there. The staff was friendly and clearly overworked as there was only one worker in the building. Never left a bad review in my life but now I have. Would not recommend and would not stay again.

Everything about this stay was bad worst choice iv Everything was bad dirty no house keeping, i asked for extra towels they made me take my used ones down to the lobby to get clean one are you serious???

MISLEAD Where to begin..... terrible customer service by staff, trash bins outside entrance was overrlowing with trash, no remote control, no towels, doors and gates damaged and didnt open with keys, 2 vending machines out of service, wifi was not working, and i could go on. As i was opening my rooms door for the first time along with staff member, the acrooss room guest had their door wide open and their pet dog ran across to bark or attack us.
