Lost Reservation was “lost” but the only employee working just didn’t know how to find the reservation. We were homeless in Palm Springs during a busy conference and tennis tournament. Another customer asked for a coffee maker and was given a pot. No shampoo or towels for guests. Bad smells in lobby. Thankfully we didn’t need to stay here

Palm Springs last resort continental breakfast is very minimal and the name is misleading. free coffee is really the only amenity. 2 types of prepackaged pastries only choice. Rooms have not been updated in some time and daily room tidy or towels are not provided. Not worth the price.

The house phone is not working hard to operate the tv. I was not told that the hair dryer is in front desk I need to go down after I showered I. The morning to ask because the house phone doesn’t work. The worst of it all the door doesn’t lock. The maintenance said I need to slam the door...what???? How rude to my neighbors ....

Hotel cancelled the reservation - still charged $ Due to the storm, the arrival flight was cancelled and rescheduled for the next day. The hotel was notified but they still cancelled the whole prepaid reservation. Upon arrival no rooms were available. We have now emailed phone records, but still have not received a full refund.They claim the first night was a no show.

The outside was nice and clean but as soon as I went in the room , smells really bad. Bathroom has hairs . Water running in the bathtub . Bed covers looks uncomfortable.. I might as well stay in a motel ..

Looks nice outside, nasty inside. The only good thing about this place is that it's cheap (for Palm Springs).
