HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE This was my birthday girls getaway Weekend. Booked this hotel, 1mo in advance. Got to the hotel at 3:00 pm, our room wasn't ready. There was a line in the VERY tight HOT lobby and NO air. Everyone was sweating including the front desk person, who looked horribly flustered. The computer system was down, and they had no way of checking people into their rooms! I have a bad hip, so the standing was bad on my hip & back. The Hotel overbooked the rooms. Close to the start for Tour du Palm Springs Checked in just after 6 pm rooms for some not ready. They said ours was ready it was not. They did get up another room. Bed was comfortable.

Disappointing Paid for a king bed, non-smoking room. Was given a queen, smoking room.Staff said they were unable to fulfill my request. In the morning I given a $50 credit. My clothes smelled like smoke.

Stayed here because it was walking distance to the Palm Springs Convention Center-5 minutes walk; or 2 minute drive. Perfect place to stay if all you want is a placs to sleep and go to the convention center. Other than that, the rooms were visually clean, but my daughter and I each caught a cockroach inside the room, near the dining table. The breakfast is literally "grab and go"-packaged muffins, granola bars, and coffee. Nothing else. Go Elsewhere :-( The staff were amazing, but the hotel is in desperate need of repairs, cleaning, and updating. I would spend more money and stay somewhere else if I go back to Palm Springs. Our room didn't smell good, and everything was outdated, scratched, dirty, burned, unpatched holes in the shower... overall not a nice place. I was embarrassed that I brought my friends here, and won't go back. But I really did want to like it and be glad that I stayed there. :-(

Do not recommend The room was not clean. There is a problem with homeless people coming in at Midnight. We were screamed at by a man in the parking lot. Literally checked the peep hole in the room before leaving. Booked a new hotel the first thing in the morning the next day. Would not recommend for anyone.

convenient hotel to the P.S. Convention Center They are remodeling the hotel, which is nice. Friendly staff, hotel was over priced due to demand for rooms in early January. Pet friendly, which is good for people with pets. not for people that don't have animals and have to hear their barking. the sink in the bathroom and in the kitchen wouldn't drain, it would slowly drain the water.
