The room felt neglected the air conditioning system sounded like it was going to break every time it turned on and off. The freezer in the fridge keeping making knocking sounds every 20 mins or so. More sounds coming from the bathroom

Tim at the front desk was very nice and helpful! The door to my room had a broken lock, so I was put in another room and the door to the bathroom was locked so I could get into the bathroom. I was in a hurry getting ready for an event. Thanks to Tim he unlocked the bathroom door. But it was a big inconvenience.

There is no Ice machine no the property, they told us to go buy ice at Dollar tree, no shampoo in the bathroom, dirty carpet in the hallway, dog pee in elevator, never again

Very simple hotel. Friendly helpful staff. Breakfast left alot to be desired, coffee was almost always out, weak and not always hot. Always had to ask for what we needed

Clearly understaffed, bathroom was not cleaned very well, paint was used to cover up wear and tear, and the bed was incredibly uncomfortable.

The hotel was a bit dirty and old
When we First checked in nobody at the front. Had to yell for somebody to come. We went up to our room and they gave us either the wrong key. Or a key lock that did not work because we could not get into our room. Had to go back down to retrieve another key. And there was nobody in sight for at least 15 minutes. When I went to take a shower, there was hair on the wall. Clearly, not cleaned at all. For a few extra bucks, stay another place.

Exterior of patio pool public restrooms and stairwell needs attention
Elevator does not work. One of our guests just had knee surgery and one reason we chose this property was because it is listed as having an elevator. There were no rooms available on the first floor and we were told we could not have a refund immediately in order to book at a different hotel because it was past 6pm and we would have to contact Expedia directly..
