The kitchen faucet in the room was dripping with a steady flow of water. When asked for a different room, I was told the entire hotel was booked. The bath tub faucet was also dripping continuously. Was told maintenance would come to fix the faucet. I stayed for 1 week, but no one came to fix it. The closet door was also missing.

Zero points for cleanliness Front desk staff is courteous and friendly, but hotel cleanliness is severely lacking. My room was disgusting and I was told at check-in that I couldn't check in early because they were cleaning my room. Ha! What a joke. My bathroom sink had small black hairs both in and around it from what I imagine was a previous male occupant who had shaved recently. A Nightmare Experience We did not stay. The lobby was filthy and the desk agent was a slob. We asked for an adjoining room or a room next door as we are travelling with our 16 year old granddaughter. They did not have this. The agent said he would go to see if the room next door was clean. Why would he have to do this?? It was at 5:30 pm and they should have been cleaned by that time. Not a happy customer Website shows you cannot check in till 3pm. We arrived around 3:35 and there was no room for us till around 4pm. The 2 guys at the front desk seemed to be making up excuses for us not having our room ready all while barely making eye contact. The 30" tiny TV was super slow to get working. If you hit the Guide to view channels the screen went to the top right 4"x7" window. The staff at the front desk says you have to turn off the computer and not hit the Guide button. I had reserved a room with 2 beds and i was given a room with 1 bed. She clerk said they over booked and they had to down grade me. We were traveling with my granddaughter and had to have a roll away bed delivered to my room. Not a good stay this time.
