We evacuated from St. Petersburg, Fl because of Hurricane Milton. We arrived mentally and physically exhausted. The young lady at the front desk, Kaia, immediately made us calm down. She was professional, explained everything to us that we needed to know and was a total sweetheart. We appreciated her so much!

The cleaning was subpar and it needs a full renovation with updated amenities. The location is also sketchy.
