Disappointed I have stayed at other Extended Stay hotels and was happy and satisfied but this one was disappointing. The room was half clean the blanket and sheets was stained and dirty. The bathroom was half clean. We had to request for another room. The next room was better but the bed lining was so old looking and the towels was so thin and old. The hotel need to get new and better quality of sheets and towels. And better people doing there housekeeping. Also they need a ice machine in the facility. Never been to a hotel ... read more

Bedbug hotel This hotel does not deserve a star. The only thing good was the night desk keeper. My sister and I got bedbugs from this motel and went to the front desk to complain aND the clerk called the manager and we could hear her yelling her and what's bad is not only did the manager tell us to put our clothes in the dryer and not to enter the new room until our clothes were dry I guess she wanted us standing naked in the hall. Recommend Staying Elsewhere Extremely slow check in, despite being second in line. Dingy room with an odd, unpleasant smell. Very worn bedspread and incredibly uncomfortable bed that seemed smaller than queen size. Overall, place was kind of a dump - it has declined significantly from a year ago when we stayed there. Will not be back.

Room was not very clean. Description of hotel was not what we had. Beds were very uncomfortable.

Agonizing check in Check in was painful as the attendant was brand new (first day) and her supervisor was nowhere to be found. 30 min to check in after supervisor finally showed up. Otherwise, hotel is actually a bit nicer than I expected

Fake free breakfast There was a very minimal free breakfast so minimal I call it fake and miss leading. Everything was very minimal to the extreme. One had to ask for everything the pots the pains the dishes, hair drier, toaster even the coffie maker everything!

This DIDN'T play well in Peoria! VERY noisy, dirty and lame service. Had to go to Walmart to purchase sheets to try to sleep on the uncomfortable bed. Walls paper thin with loud noise through the wall and ceiling made sleep difficult. This is a chain I will never try again.

Cleanliness could have been better..... People were nice but had mold on the shower curtain. Room had a full size refrigerator, sink and stove but no coffee maker which seemed odd. I would think most people would want a coffee maker before they would want a fridge. I asked for a coffee maker and they gave me one that hadn't been cleaned since its last use.

No glasses in the room, no maid service even though I stayed 2 nights, complimentary breakfast was prepackaged muffins, granola bars or instant oatmeal. But it was quiet and convenient and a good value for the price.
