Actually had to be moved from my first room to a second room due to smell. Walls were so thin that I checked out a day early to another hotel...

What you'd expect for the price The front desk workers were very rude when checking in. They insisted on reserving room blocks for someone that had called prior instead of checking the guests in front of them in. My room wasn't cleaned yet (this was at 4:30) and j had to wait. The grab and go breakfast was an absolute joke - it was coffee, apples, oranges, and granola bars. The room I was in had 2 beds, one was lower than the other and was stiff as a board. Room problem Booked for a non-smoking room and made sure it was available, however the room was not available at check-in and ended up booked in a smoking room. Disappointed
not what was expected booked a suite for a reason and there was no dished or appliances in the suite. Had to request a coffee pot and dishes and did not know other appliances were available. check in clerk was too busy on the phone to pay attention to us at check in.
Pulled sheets down to go to sleep and there was hair on them. Not head hair....private hair. Disgusting.
Disgusting Got stuck with a smokers room which was disgusting. Told front desk I didn't want a smokers room and she told me it was the only room left
