The hotel has not been updated in years. The hallway had a terrible smell. If you needed to use the kitchenware you had to go to the front desk to ask for the items.

Dirty, dirty, and Crappy Broken fridge.. when I informed them, I was told there was nothing they could do because maintenance was off the weekend. They said they MIGHT be able to switch my room, but I would have to go check if everything was working!!! I asked to speak to manager, I was told she was at home!!! Oh yea, and my "clean" towels had fun on them, and pubic hair on blanket!!!! NEVER NEVER stay here!!!!!

Carpet and mattress in the couch is very dirt and smells bad, floor stains.. will never stay at it

FILTHY Although the front desk staff was professional and accommodating, there needs to be consequences implemented for the cleaning crew. I don't believe housekeepers receive random inspections, due to: a dead roach under the computer desk, dirty linen and pilliws on BOTH beds, unclean kitchen, and trifling desk chair. I would've taken pictures of the pillows and linen if I knew it was an option to upload photos

DO NOT STAY HERE @ ALL !!!!! Bed was uncomfortable, overpriced. If you stay more than 1 night; YOU’LL BE SORRY....

A Poor Choice When our flight from PHL was cancelled at 8 PM, we took the first available room near the airport. The front counter staff was friendly and understanding. We thought that it would be a good choice. We didn't expect much, but clean would have been nice. Dirty floors, sticky counter tops, nasty carpet, missing drawers and drawer fronts, and a general lack of upkeep were what we got. Don't stay here.

Trouble in night! Hotel lost reservation! Had to call expedia! Room was ready so needed linens and pillows which I had to get from desk! Then at 2am two fire trucks show up! One being the ladder truck! Firemen go in lobby back and forth to truck bringing stuff like long bars! They were there over 1/2 he! All this time no smoke or alarms on the 3rd floor! Never heard what happened! So didn't get must sleep before 6am flight! Besides ther were doing remodeling! Was quite experience! As i had grandkids!

We got transferred to three different rooms the first from her Pee on the toilet seat and someone’s dirty gloves on a couch the second room head no refrigerator the toilet didn’t flush the phone didn’t work there was drawers missing in the bathroom and in the bedroom that was like a hazard because I had a baby with me. And I need a refrigerator because I have food to put in .
