No shuttle, no smile, no updates Advertised as an airport hotel, so I called to make sure they had a shuttle, they said yes. But I came in and they do NOT have one on weekends. All else was below average facilities with staff just nice enough to not be all out rude. All amenities were dated. Continental breakfast was only prepackaged muffins and granola.

Disappointed I come here very often and it's always a problem or two but everyone's usually really nice so you overlook it. This time a newer desk clerk made a mistake and charged my card twice for my room. This was frustrating but mistakes happen. Now the lady who walks over to help her clearly shows her how to give a refund. All the while NO ONE has apologized yet or even cared to explain to me what the issue was as they talked amongst themselves. So I explain to them I called my card and it was charged twice already. Bug bites all over me I have bed bug bites all over me. The tub was filthy when I got there. No extra roll of tissue or soap!

Alarming abd Left Checked in at 8pm. Left at 10pm. Alarm went off . Someone cooking pizza per the Front Desk. Alarmed over an hour . Didn't want to sacrifice a much needed good nights sleep .

Big Rip-Off! This hotel was a big rip-off. The check-in was slow. The front desk clerk wasn't even present when I first arrived and she didn't seem like a people-person. Plus, the room wasn't that comfortable and convenient. The room temperature always needed adjusting, you couldn't use your kitchen because they don't provide the amenities unless you ask for them, they charge you a parking fee if you have a car, and it could've had better toiletries. Never again unless renovated Shower had holes in the side of the tub. Exposed flooring beneath worn out carpeting. Large visible holes in the wall. Bed was not made when given my room. Placed in another room and there was fecal matter left floating in the toilet.
Not worth it The room smelled of smoke, heater was average at best. Floor was filthy in lobby area to elevator. Would not recommend unless you need somewhere to stay for a couple of hrs. There is Marriott across the parking lot, not much of a price difference and nothing like this.
