Worst stay ever!!!! This was one of the worst places I've stayed in a long time. The place was falling apart. The floor was peeling up in the bathroom to the hallway you can tell there was water damage before and not fixed properly. There were dogs barking in another room. The fire alarm went off at 1:45 a.m. and we had to clear the hotel until the fire department came. But don't worry it was only one degree outside.

No shuttle to airport Spent the night to get a quick trip to the airport in the morning. They told me that their airport shuttle runs 5am to 10am and to just come down in the morning. I came down the next morning only for them to tell me they don’t have shuttles to the airport on the weekends. Really?! Room had wierd smell and found a few bugs running around too. If you need a place to stay near the airport find a place that not only advertises a shuttle to the airport, but also actually has one!

Never Stay Here. Sleep In Your Car. Checked in and the girl at the front desk was very, very nice. Noticed the stairs and hallway was not tidy. Then the room. Wow. Stains on blankets and sheets. Stains on the one chair. Hair in almost all the cabinets, etc. A broken cabinet door in the bathroom. A bug crawling in the bathroom. And a band aid holding the battery in the smoke alarm. Yes. Room stunk of cigarette smoke and seemed a little run down. Signs in elevators were falling down. There was no shampoo, conditioner, soap, not enough towels, and room was not cleaned when we got back late that night

Carpet dirty, needs to be replaced. Walls are pretty thin, had a lot of noise from adjoining room.

“Breakfast” is a relative term. No towels. Very disappointed in this hotel. Booked it because of the offer of “free breakfast.” The breakfast turned out to be a selection of granola bars and coffee. Also, we booked a room for 3 adults. The room had 1 towel. We didn’t notice until the next morning because who thinks to count towels at a hotel? When I called to ask for additional towels, I was told that they would “check with housekeeping.” When we checked again, we were told that all of the towels were in the dryer and would... read more

the lobby and staff were pleasant, the 3rd floor and room were stinky. The smell was hard to take, but were there after midnight and couldn't leave to find another place.

Disgrace to the industry of hotels This was the dirtiest hotel I've ever seen don't ever go there you'll waste your money and wish you hadn't !

Al di là della vicinanza all'aeroporto di Philadelphia l'hotel è sembrato scarso un 2 stelle. Il personale è stato poco collaborativo e la stanza prenotata per 5 posti letto ne aveva solo 4.
