No more with you The room was not well prepared before my arrival. At the reception the lady serving me had alot to do making her loose customer service etiquette as I checked in. This is the last time I will ever be here. My rating here is very poor alot need to be done. I had to kill stinking beetle bugs twice from my room.
Don't stay here!! Horrible rooms!! Dirty and disgusting! I would never stay here again!
Unexpected guest I had an unexpected visitor in my room. As I was in the kitchen area a little mouse ran passed my foot. Then as I was in my bed I saw the little mouse hop into the night stand where it stayed for the night...kept the lights on to discourage the mouse from coming out. Also kept my food and luggage high up off the ground. Called front desk but could barely hear their answer, since the phone was not functional, of not going to help until morning...not staying there again.

Cleaniness is a major factor. Poor Poor Poor The sheets were dirty. We had to call the front desk for new ones and had to change them ourselves.

American horror Horrible
State inspection needed Arrived on Thursday evening had to call downstairs for a fork. Friday left the hotel for a date out came back room not cleaned. Called the front desk was informed me that you had to bring the towels down to the front desk to get clean towels and the rooms are only cleaned once a week. Towels and washcloths were worn, hard and grey. Found several roaches.drawers missing on furniture. This room costed over $100 a night. Horrible stay!
