Nobody at the desk in the morning, stood for 15 minutes waiting to check out. Multiple employees (not front desk people) saw me waiting and did not offer any help or try to find someone to help me. The room smelled like cigarettes.

Breakfast, not so great

Great large room with full kitchen and comfy beds. But nothing was in kitchen, so no cups, plates or anything to make use of the kitchen. No coffee maker, had to request, and then they gave us one. Had to ask for more plastic cups, because there was 2 for a family of four. Breakfast was oatmeal, muffin or granola bar, and they didn't restock, so only oatmeal was plain. Room keys didn't work, so they had to change batteries in the door.

No smoking signs are posted at all entrances to the building. Guests staying/living at the hotel constantly smoke right outside the doors to the lobby. You have to walk through their smoke when leaving. After returning from some errands, there was a small fire starting in the mulch just outside the lobby doors from a cigarette that was not extinguished completely.
