Parking is NOT free! Smells like cigarettes! Free parking is no where near the hotel! A few transit people stay at the hotel and some were extremely noisy! 1 night stay and done!

Had me wait 30 min at 2am to check in then told me they were overbooked, even though my room was already paid for. No help finding another hotel.

Absolute terrible customer service Nobody at front desk at 8 pm Waited for over half and hour to checkin with rude and unprofessional receptionist Would pay more at adjacent hotels after thus experience

The beds were flimsy but very comfortable. The room was decently clean, but the hall ways and stairways to get to our room was unbearable. We had to hold our breath to get to our room because it smelled so bad. Our room door would also not close without lifting it and deadbolting it.

Loud, run down, bathroom faucet wouldn’t stop dripping. One bed had crumbs on the sheets.

The room smells very bad , it say breakfast included, but not The bed is very discomfort able I do not suggest to anyone

luckily my family didn't stay in the hotel other then a quick rest. room wasn't ready at check in time ,the elevator was dirty, the hall way smelt like dog the door key fob didnt work, the room wasn't to terrible other then some joe blow repair man stuff to the floor.the mattress didnt fit the box spring, stayed at other branches of this hotel and this was by far the worst

Don’t stay here Customer service was horrible. Standing waiting to check in finally the kid comes inside smelling like pot. The room was dirty. Rips in the chair, dirty bathtub, dirty behind the toilet, dirty light switches, bug on the bathroom counter, tissue on the bed.

Waited 20 minutes for someone to come out of office to the front desk. Door key cards hardly worked. Hallways smelled of urine from animals. Beds extremely unconformable.
