The shower didn't work. I needed a room change due to the air conditioning not working. The room has very old furniture, the appliances were old, rusted, and I was unsure about using them. The bathroom didn't feel clean and serviceable.

Meh. It was a place to sleep. Staff seemed like they didn’t want to be there, but can’t really blame them. $100 deposit is WAY too steep and not on the website. Like, this isn’t a resort, I was thinking $50 at most.
