Room was available even at busy time. Since the construction was going on there was not flooring on the hallway.

This place was in the middle of repairs from a fire. I generally understand the circumstances, however, the room was gross. There was used soap in the bathroom, the sink had stains that looked like blood, and the towels had stains as well. Most of the furniture had obvious water damage from the sprinklers and seemed to be falling apart. Many of the outlets were loose and kept pushing out our chargers and even the plugs for the lamps. No smoking was my main issue. To cold to be outside, for the money that's required it should be a designated smoking area inside.
