The front desk employee was very nice and helpful. Worked with me to able to check in early. But the room was not the cleanest. They don’t have a real lobby with snacks or drinks so that was a little annoying but you can walk to the hotel lobby that is like 100 feet away.

Check in was good. Room was okay but it had pet hair, tissue and old water bottle underneath the bed. Stove was a little rusted and the tv remote needed to be programmed to the tv to use it. I fixed that myself. The lamp was hard to turn on because the button on it was almost falling off. Surprisingly the linen on the bed & towels were clean

Actually a nice place Great stay. Not as described by previous guest. I did not see one bug as previously described. Laundry soap not available as sign stated in laundry room. Please steam clean carpets. Easy access to airport, bus and train. Front desk crew extremely nice. One thing I did not like, upon entering our room there was a knock on the door asking if we checked in. What do you mean? Not even 5 minutes after trying to settle down. Oh well. Hopefully they won’t do typos to someone else in the near future.

furniture was outdated and half was non functional. no accommodations in the the room.

Staff was helpful. Place was dirty. Room door had to punch open and slam shut. Non-smoking but it smelled of cigarette smoke. No amenities in room. 1 cup and no ice bucket. Tv remote broken. Held together with tape. AC in room was fantastic. Too many thing to list that need repair. Bfast grab n go was nearly empty. I wasnt given a final receipt when i requested one. Tried calling for email copy and nothing has arrived.
