Hotel should have an unscheduled inspection Unfortunately someone tried to open my door and would have succeeded if the latch was not on the door. Hair was in the toilet and a used towel was on the floor of the bathroom when I walked in …….. to top it off my sheets were glowing in the dark… btw stayed in room 411

Was supposed to have 2 rooms one with queen bed and other with two double beds. They only had two rooms with 1 bed. Then they were sold out after that. Even though we paid before even come to the hotel. Fire alarm went off for 45 minutes at 430 am so we all had to evacuate. Barely any staff.

They overbooked the rooms This place was AWFUL. We arrived to check in the night before an early flight to LAX, and found ourselves standing in the lobby with several other customers who didn’t have rooms. No apology, just “we refunded you, good luck.” Absolutely awful and stressful. We stayed at the Marriot attached to the actual airport instead which I would 10/10 recommend, but I’ll never book another extended stay.
