I was disappointed because the first room they put me in had its smoke alarm beeping every 15 to 20 seconds. They did not have any more rooms with a queen bed and would charge to upgrade to a king even thought the first room was flawed. I ended up getting a double bed for the same cost as the queen. That room was fine.

Common area and hallway smell terrible. And are very warm. Smells like hot Chinese food all through the halls. At least on the 3rd floor. The room smelled amazing and was very clean. Shower was broken though

Needs attention to the little things. Although bedding and bathroom were clean, other areas of the room needed attention - drawers, next to fridge etc. Service at check-in was very good and accommodating.

I haven’t received my deposit back. The place looked and smelled old.
