Great staff There visiting family. The Mall at Exton had a cool arcade to visit. The staff was great and very responsive and went above and beyond (I need a recliner to sleep in, they hunted one down for me). It did smell like wet dog at the entry and certain areas of the room. They don't come and clean your room without requesting.
OK, but not what I expected. Reservation was changed without my knowledge. Room was not what I reserved, but was changed after speaking with Expedia. If you needed anything like dishes, coffee pot, etc. you had to request at front desk. Nothing came with room except beds, bathroom, tv. no hangers for cloths. TV had 30? channels, 5 of which were ESPN, small screen.

THIS time I've stayed here before and was again pleased with the facility. However, booking through Travelocity as a third party caused some complications. A work colleague from out of town needed to stay but since I had only a single bed reserved, the AM staff told me there was no problem in changing rooms to a double. However, when we returned to switch rooms, the PM staff told me it was impossible since booking was through a third party. The manager was contacted and not helpful. A nice quiet nights sleep. No blanket on bed. Overall, very nice and inexpensive. Quiet, clean and comfortable.
