Rooms not Ready 1. This is my second booking through Hotels.com. The initial rooms were not made and had to go back to lobby to report and get another one. Rooms are getting shabby. I stayed in a smoking room. Loud heating system. Plus even though I paid at hotel, manager would not give me a receipt. Said it had to come through Hotels.com

Close to the town It was a good weekend over all. I reserved a nonsmoking room but I received a room where it smelled like just cigarettes. The smell was stronger in the hall and I did not feel comfortable with bringing my guest there. Staff was kind and helpful.

A++++++ Staying in for a few days during a blizzard after a very very long drive, I had some trouble with my reservation (my fault) and the woman at the check-in desk was incredibly helpful and set me right up. The room was clean and well-stocked, the thermostat was consistent, and there was just enough furniture to be comfortable without feeling crowded.
