Dirty overall, stains on bed sheet, pillow, towels. No large towel provided. Door take 3-4 times key card swipe to open.

The rooms are in terrible condition. Dust everywhere. Old linens and towels. In order to get more towels, you need to bring the used ones to the reception. "Breakfast" is a joke. Supposed to be available from 6am but by 7:30 there is nothing there. When it does get put out, it's convenience store pre-packaged muffins and awful coffee. The only working entrance is the main one, the side is supposed to open with room key but it doesn't work.

Just don’t. This is an extremely tired property. Light fixtures that didn’t work, badly done ceiling repair, bed that rocked if you sat on one side, microwave that was just plain gross and made the whole room smell. If it hadn’t been so late on a long day both myself and my associate would have found another place. The 5.6 Hotels.com rating is a pretty far reach. The GM was really pleasant and friendly, but the place, not so much.

The hotel had roaches and just unclean in general. Overflowing garbage in cans in their office. Dirty towels on the floor piled up in a corner by a laundry machine looking as if they were forgotten.

Please don’t use this place I went get brake fast my door key not working Then I went to front desk there’s no body I wait more than 2 hours also no room service no clean I was late for work

I was told by the reception desk that the hotel did not have any rooms available, even tho, I had made a reservation in advance. I was informed by the staff that third party bookings were not accurate nor guaranteed. I had to locate other accomadations for the evening.
