Awful hotel This was an awful stay from beginning to end. The hotel lobby was not clean and the elevator walls were filthy. I was afraid to touch the buttons. The assistant at the desk was very nice but not wearing a mask. There was a leak on the second floor that dripped on me on the way to my room. The room was smelly and dirty. Horrible SERVICE This a horrible place to stay the staff is extremely rude, we had our employees stay there for over 6 months and were treated very unkindly

HORRIBLE. there was no one to check us in. trashy people coming in and out. a lady walks in and said she could help us check in because she works there but at that time she was " hanging out with her boyfriend in a room". sends her bf to check rooms and they weredirty we decided to leave. I NEED A REFUND. we called travelicity and complained.

I had blood on my mattress. I was supposed to get refunded and haven’t yet. I booked online one night and when I got there they told me the rooms were sold out and I haven’t seen my refund from that either

The room was dirty. There were roaches. There were ashes in the corners of the bathroom counter, on the chair arms, and by the window. The one window did not close all the way and the other window had no screen. There was an empty condom wrapper left in the drawer. The fridge didn’t work.
