Don’t book here The bathroom had mold in the shower, the floors were disgusting, the beds are hard, smells like cat pee, yellow stains in the lamp, office chair was broke, yellow stains on the pillow cases. Just over all nasty. Not worth the $99 to stay here

wful place! There were people sitting outside in chairs in front of the lobby smoking dirty we walked inside of the hotel and it’s smelled of smoke and when we got in our room someone had been sleeping in the bed and there was dirty wet towels everywhere

This was the grossest hotel I have ever stayed in . i t was so bad they offered a free night. We didn't shower because tub didn't drain. The toilet was gross with fecal spot in back and side of it. We HAD to stay in that area. Worst place in Exton. Stay away.

Rooms smell once we open, they have to put some room freshener in the room, cleaning standards in hallway and room also should be maintained high.

I booked a room for my wife, and when she got to the hotel, they told her there was no room for her and that we would have to call Expedia for a refund. I called Expedia and was told the money would be refunded, but that it would take up to 7 days. I am very displeased, both with the fact that the reservation was not honored and with the fact that the refund was not immediate. I will not use Expedia again, ever, and I will tell everyone I know about my experience.

Trash, bed bugs and poor customer service Never using Hotels.com again. The room I booked had trash on floor and under bed, sheets were stained and the bed had bed bugs crawling in it. I checked out immediately and didn’t end up staying after they tried to switch me to another room which was even dirtier than the first. I’ve sought out a refund from the hotel and hotels.com and have made no progress. Hotels.com fails to protect its consumers. I learned my lesson. Never booking with this business again.
