Run down property, Unhappy employees and BUGS!! I have traveled and stayed in hotels around the world. We were late finding a hotel and ended up here with no openings anywhere else. The staff and the front desk was not at all friendly, like we were an imposition. We got to the room and the door was open. We thought it was someone else’s room but it was empty. Room (non-smoking) reeked of smoke. Bathroom was gross, mold in tub, bedcover had dirt on it. Hallway to rooms, window was open at end of hall (AC broke). Overall very poor, will never stay in Extended Stay again. Went to friends room had similar issues.

booked room 10 days ahead of time for 2 nights, and reconfirmed day before and told them I would be a late checkin (11PM) when I showed up after working 16 hours they said they were over booked and had no room for me. I wound up having to drive 30 minutes and pay a extra $200 at another hotel.
