The place was dirty and there was food crumbs all over the elevator and stairs.

This was an unpleasant experience because the reserved room was not available when we arrived and called a person from the hotel and took me to another room and it was a smoking area and I really did not sleep at night because of the bad smell of OMG cigar was terrible A really negative experience. I do not recommend at all this hotel was really too dirty and the beds and bathroom horrible. They should do inspections at this hotel so they can see the conditions it is in. I should have 0 stars or less than that 😡

Rooms are filthy dirty and smell horrible. This hotel is filthy dirty from the stained carpet in the hallways to the nasty smells in the room. I was shown to another room which was worse. I stayed in the initial room that was given me. I requested their cleaning products to clean some of what I could. I also used air freshener. We opened the window to get fresh air inside the room. Waited 40 minutes for someone to even acknowledge several guests waiting to check in at 8:45pm. Waited an hour plus to have an available and ready room....no one returned within hour and half....left with my two small children to the Clarion next door, had to pay for another hotel room, but worth getting my kids a place to sleep. It took less than 5 minutes to get checked in, not to mention we were greeted at the door.

Booked room on Expedia no rooms available they sent me 12 miles down road and other hotel walked me in as I already paid. Not happy

No room in the Inn. although we had a reservation, and had communicated our arrival time, there was not a room available when we arrived. we had to go to another location late in the evening!!

This hotel was terrible , I had a reservation with a confirmation number and they did not have a room for me when I checked in at 6:30pm.
