The property was convenient to the event I was attending, but this property is extremely dated and in need of significant upgrades.
I did not find anything nice about this place. The floors were dirty. The countertop was dirty. When I booked the room I requested two beds but when I tried to check there were no rooms available. They worked at and found a room. Over all I was very disappointed with the whole stay.
ATTACK OF THE CRAWLING BED😮😨☹ IF You enjoy bugs in the bed and pillows, this place is for You. What was supposed to be 2 nights of rest and relaxation, became a horrifying nightmare, of a movie I'll call, (Bugs Gone Wild) The 1st lady moved me 2 times, while the co worker hung up at front desk, and didn't pick up when I called back. Horrible To be honest the front desk I could not get nobody at the front desk I sat down in the lobby for an hour and a half It’s just to much to jot down The night shift sucks She kept going up stairs to be with her boyfriend for hours Ppl was trying to get checked in and had to wait We could get no clean dishes And I was here for a month and they never have sheets clean I had to take off the wons I had on my bed and wash them myself They need to get a better nit crew and stop hiring these lil kids
Bed was dirty! When I finally went to get in bed, it was dirty!! I do have pictures!!
Bed sheets not ironed, No hot water, No skin location and no coffee maker.
Room service was non existent
Generally unclean feeling, lingering smoke smell in non-smoking room
