Far from advertised, someone else’s shower stuff was in the room nothing asides from a bar soap and shampoo offered in the room. Lighting was awful, some didn’t work
Received a call an hour after we're due to check and while enroute for our 1 night stay only to inform us that the hotel was OVERBOOKED. And the clerk wanted to divert us to another hotel 10 miles away from the location chosen for proximity to our event. EXTREMELY dissatisfied with this whole experience, and will NEVER choose this property again.
Hotel was dirty the rooms weren’t clean right the hallways soon as you get off the elevator it was disgusting the elevator itself was disgusting that was section 8 people living there I was disgusting
Orbitz said there was rooms and there wasn’t. We had to sleep in our car. I will never use orbitz again
The staff was unfriendly and my room was disgusting.
