It was a hassle to get the room I originally booked, and then when I did, it smelled terrible. The sheets looked dirty as well.

Cheaper is NOT better Had horrible smell, ants all over counter, desk and dead fleas in bed. No remote, no hairdryer. We asked to be switched to diff room and front lady was rude and said since we booked through hotels.com they would do nothing. We booked for 2 nights but didn't stay. Terrible place!

Better than sleeping outside We requested a Non-Smoking room was placed in a Smoking room. We spoke to the from desk who said that although I requested a non-smoking with Expedia and that was not passed along, I pleaded with her to put us in a Non-smoking room, which she did, but it was on the same floor as the smoking section, the room still smelled of smoke. Videos Internet costs 4.67$ - horrible Breakfast Do book here! 1) Breakfast: a joke, no sitting area, just coffee, muffins, oatmeal and granola bars. No spoons for the oatmeal. 2) Internet: very slow, just enough for emails and simple websites. For videos, Netflix you have to pay extra $ 4.67 3) My bed: very squeaky 4) My AC: did not run properly. The room was in the 60is and it stopped heating up to 72 5) Kitchen is empty: you have to order the dishes and the cabinets look like the will fall apart

I requested a non smoking room and got a smoking room. They did not call to tell me the difference. It was late i had no other choice, but it was very disgusting for me as a nonsmoker to try to sleep in a smoking room.

Nice building, uncooperative staff Booked on Expedia, when we got there no rooms available, already paid by PayPal, to date no refund from Expedia or PayPal. Bad experience
