The sheets weren't clean. It smelled like sweat. The room didn't smell good either. Customer service was horrible. It took them a while to give me new sheets and they didn't even help me make the bed. Do not stay here unless you have to

New Years Eve - They dropped the ball. First challenge when checking in was the electronic keys that would not work. Had the keys rebooted 3 x before they worked. (Was told the problem was a software glitch because we were checking in Dec 31 and checking out Jan 1- ....a Y2K excuse.... - please!) Room was used hard and had not been updated for a while. Kitchenette sink was filthy- food dried on bottom and sides. Tub drain was 95 % clogged- within 15 seconds of starting the shower the tub was filling with water. Room cleaning... read more

Not happy The refrigerator did not work in the room. The elevator was out of service waiting on a part. Check out was at 11 a.m. I went to the front desk, checked out and returned both keys at 10:50 a.m. Well days later I realized I was charged for a second stay because the so called management never checked me out. I'm glad I have on line banking. Yes I will get my money back in 3 - 5 days but that's not the point. I feel bad for the people who you actually got over on!!! Bad experience! Facility was not clean. Desk staff was not friendly. I would not recommend.

Cancelled reservation through Expedia. Never checked in. Unacceptable condition of property. Demanding full refund !!!

Boooo Didn't have a room when we got there. Instead of two rooms with two beds each the four of us had to wait an hour and a half for a room then shared one room with one bed.

Not What I Expected When we arrived at the hotel, on Feb 23 2017 at about 9:00 PM and went to check in, they had no record of our reservation. I had to call Expedia, who had to call the Hotel, three times, and have them book a reservation. This process took well over one hour. When we got on the elevator it smelled of stale cigarette smoke, which was a complete turnoff. Finally arriving to our room, the room had a somewhat foul smell. The room was not clean. The facility seems shabby and dated. It was a room and it was just adequate ... and ... This being the case I would not plan to return.
