The young lady at the front desk did a wonderful job very informative. The reason for only 3 stars is because the parking lot had a lot of snow and ice 24 hours after snow fall had ended, they need to find a new contractor for the safety of the guests and the employees.

Coming from out of town, this was the perfect location for my family member who works in the area.

Clean room, friendly and patient staff!
The room did not feel cozy or feel too comfortable. The floor felt filthy , towel had stains and there were stains on the sink and wall . Could not get the shower to turn on . I guess it was “tightly” off and we needed to ask the front desk for help. Didn’t sleep too well due to the comfort , but was in a safe and quiet area . Check in went well , the staff was very nice .

The place is a tad dated, the floor in the bathroom was sticky, there was no hair dryer. There was only one end table at the bed. The TV was mounted on the dresser, making it difficult to view from bed. I had to turn the dresser to view the TV. There was no stand for the luggage, which would be ok if you are staying for a long stay-plenty of room in the dresser. One positive note, the TV was easy to navigate- not always the case in hotels.
