Nice place, nice staff, could use a little updating but overall good for the price.
The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful! Don't expect to fill up at breakfast - it's just muffins and granola bars. There were a couple dead bugs in our room (1st floor, not a big deal) and one of our pillowcases was a little stained but it's not like it seemed unwashed or anything. I'd stay here again for the price!

As always, the staff at the Extended Stay America Suites Philadelphia Horsham Dresher Rd did an excellent job! They are consistently courteous, professional, pleasant, efficient, and proficient at their jobs. They go the extra mile, and they always do it with a smile. Because of the staff, it was a very pleasant stay.
The staff was great. However, the check in process was incredibly annoying. It took 15 minutes and i had to fill out physical paperwork, where i was asked to describe WHY i was staying there, my car information, etc. They require a $100 security deposit which, nearly a week later has not been refunded to my account. The door to my room looked like it had been kicked in. The place seemed clean but in need of basic maintenance and repairs.
