The staff was great. However, the check in process was incredibly annoying. It took 15 minutes and i had to fill out physical paperwork, where i was asked to describe WHY i was staying there, my car information, etc. They require a $100 security deposit which, nearly a week later has not been refunded to my account. The door to my room looked like it had been kicked in. The place seemed clean but in need of basic maintenance and repairs.

The young lady at the front desk did a wonderful job very informative. The reason for only 3 stars is because the parking lot had a lot of snow and ice 24 hours after snow fall had ended, they need to find a new contractor for the safety of the guests and the employees.
