The staff is very friendly and professional! My stay was superb!
Good
Very little breakfast... only fruit and breakfast bars, packaged muffins, coffee. Occupants of hotel look like they live there. Carpets and drapes are outdated. If you're looking for an emergency overnightstay, its do-able.
Lovely stay at ESA mostly due to wonderful staff who were very kind and helpful. We had a couple of requests -- an extended check-out due to an online meeting I had to attend, and forks because the take-out restaurant didn't put any in the bag. Front desk staff were just lovely on both counts, providing forks and the extended time. Little things, yes, but that human connection of helping where needed makes a perfectly fine stay and truly excellent one! Much thanks!

My go to hotel when I commute for work. Great staff, great service, clean and just what I need every time.
I thought they had a continental breakfast but it was a grab and go. Need to have a hair dryer in every room like most hotels do.

Nice location
The staff was dealing with an area wide power outage and did a superb job handling everyone's frustration. The accommodations were just what was expected.

We got a phone call at 945 am that woke us up out of a dead sleep to remind me that check out is at 11. I found that to be extreme.
