The room had a bad smell and wasn’t cleaned good

Older feeling hotel, not so cleanly, our room had no headboard but had holes and missing paint where it once was. Dog friendly room but lack luster furnishings including a faux leather couch, horrible pillows and not great sheets.

Just a few minor issues. The gentleman at the front desk that checked up in was very nice and made the checkin enjoyable. The only things that were wrong were 1) when we got into the room i noticed that there was a dirty washcloth or something on the floor by the nightstand. I dont know if it was dropped by someone that was used or a cleaning rag. Also, 2) the shower was wonky. When you turn it on it doesnt fully do just the shower. The water comes out the shower head and the tub faulcet at the same time.

dequate during pandemic Front desk guy was very helpful and nice. Many amenities eliminated during covid pandemic. No breakfast during quarantine, only quarter rolls of toilet paper in the room, etc. The phone to call the front desk in 319 didn’t work so we couldn’t call down to make a noise complaint at 1am... second night was quieter. Overall, fine experience.
