Two thumbs way way up Really clean
Mini fam trip The staff is friendly and efficient. Didn't feel like a hotel, it felt more like my first apartment. I was comfortable and will definitely be staying here again

The staff was very nice compared to previous hotel I booked. That’s why I changed location. I prefer to be treated with respect than treated poorly.
I didn’t have a trash can in my room. I also didn’t appreciate the check-in process. Their staff could use some more training on being pleasant.

Disappointment to say the least. In two + years, this hotel has deteriorated from our last stay. Very disappointed in the condition of my room and the hotel for the amount I was billed.
