The rooms are nice. The customer service sucked with one off the employees. When we checked in around 5:30 our room was not ready we waited 15-20 minutes. The nice employee apologized meanwhile the nasty lady came back to check us in. I guess I was taking to long she was tapping her fingers on screen, body language nasty. The customer in front of me she was ruined to them as well. Once I was completely checked in the nice one apologized again and told me to have a good night while the other one still looked at me nasty. Busy... read more

It’s was okay good stay for piece and quiet but shower kept running

The cupboards are bare The room has a kitchenette, with a fridge and a 2-burner stovetop. But there are NO pots, pans, plates, bowls, cups, mugs, or silverware. There isn't even a coffee maker. Not even any disposable cups wrapped in plastic. So unless you brought a pot to boil water, you can't make coffee, or oatmeal in the morning. The cupboards are entirely empty. So if you want to actually use the kitchenette to cook anything, bring pots, pans, plates, bowls, and silverware.
