Check in took far longer than any other hotel chain Room was fairly clean but looked like it may not have been used for some time door lock sometimes failed to work properly No bath towels or wash cloths. Only hand towels to use for bathing Shower would not turn off fully. Water continued to run all night Nobody present for checkout

The romm was clean but no amidaments. No coffee, no note pads, nothing but 2 small bars of soap. Okay for me since I was alone but Moma would not have been happy. Also stated that there was a breakfast. If you cal having coffee and granola bars breakfast then I guess they qualified. Only one night, found a great diner for breakfast so all was good!

If it weren't for the staff, I would give a 1 rating. There was 1 housekeeper working so wait time to check in was about an hour. Check in staff signed person in then cleaned room, etc. Great job to them. They were amazing! Microwave door broken - would not close and light stayed on-had to unplug. Hole in wall by door stopper. No light bulb in lights. Badly caulked bathtub and dry paint EVERYWHERE. No shower curtain...found it in the closet...had to fight with broken sliding doors to get it. The staff, in spite if the conditions they worked within were exceptionally friendly. However, there were several aspects of the facilities that were noticeably dirty, access to the parking area was limited because the doors didn't work with the room keys nor was the entire back part of the building.
