From the moment we checked in, this was a nightmare of an experience. The staff at check in was rude and he was very demeaning to my family. When I called to ask about the payment method and questions we had, he very extremely condescending and spoke to me like I was an idiot and was of out of line to even be bothering him. Complaint about room cleanliness and conditions The room was not well maintained, the chair was dusty, the toilet bowl was dirty, the bed was poorly made. I asked to moved to another room. However, the smell in the rooms is not pleasant, maybe they have to change their cleaning products to keep a fresh air on the rooms.

Booked this hotel because my hot water heater went out and me and my family needed to wash. Man listen that bathroom was disgustingly dirty. I would never come back here and I damn sure wasn't going to sleep there. The staff was good and fast but the property needs a serious deep clean!!!

Well you get what you pay for. I booked for a 2 night "stay-cation." The room was worn and torn, the counter was torn out the ground, the drawer on the dresser was hanging and the ceiling in the shower was peeling terribly. I should've requested a change of room but I just had low expectations of the entire hotel. Breakfast is in a small space and its just granola bar and muffin...I will most likely never stay at this chain again. I booked 2 rooms both had mouse dropping all over the bed and on the sofa bed as well. There was also mouse traps behind every furniture in both cabins. In one of the rooms only had hot steaming water (not even a drop of cold water). My daughter and I went down to the front desk we both explained both explained showed her the pictures and videos taken.
