Concerns The door was hard to open and close. Also had to change the linens myself and clean the room myself. The key card keep deactivating itself had to go to the front desk to reprogram it.

Never said anything about hundred dollar hold on you card. Unacceptable should have been told a front.😒

There was no coffee maker in the room. There were no dishes in the kitchen. The bedroom carpet was wet.
