The wifi didn't work.
I like the convenience of being close to stores didn’t have to go far to restaurants, Great shopping area. I didn’t like the patchwork on the ceiling in the bathroom, it was definitely an eyesore!!

The bathroom door wasn't able to close. This made me very uncomfortable.

This is my favorite ESA in the area to stay. The staff is great and helpful. And they acknowledge you when you cross paths. The other ESA in the same city doesn’t have the same friendly people.
The front desk is excellent!! They are very friendly and professional. Would stay again!

was ok the staff was great , the room wouldve been fine exept there was hair clumps in the tub before me or my mom used it, and there were lots of chips on walls and toilet bottom piece was missing
