Charged twice No problems with my stay. VERY upset I was charged twice for my ine night stay.

Hotel was great but I was disappointed that the coffee service with minimal and no continental breakfast in the mornings as advertised. Rooms were kept up well Staffing was good

The staff was very friendly. Check in was quick and easy. They confirmed I wanted a smoking room but didn't give me an ashtray and there weren't any in the room. Most of the channels were very snowy on the TV. It was very quiet and clean. Overall it was worth what I paid.

Perfectly fine, but could be better Only complaints were terrible wi-fi and terrible TV service. I know the free wifi is free, but this is expesically bad. less than 1 mbps. Dial up speed. I know it's not going to have 150 channels in 4K, but no HD still? Come on... We had bad weather and parking lot was barely plowed.
