I’m checking out from this hotel for good. Rude staff at the end of my stay. I asked some night personal if they can help me locate the remote for my tv I was just told I had to look around for it. Toilet was not cleaned, countertop had food crumbs all over. 2 hours before my checkout I got a knock on the door asking me if I’m extending or checking out. Thank had to fix the sliding closet doors because they fell off the hinges. Bed was made but pillows cases where crumpled up and the blanket had a stain.

It was very nice but the bed spread had a few spots on it like it wasn’t washed

Beds were firm and supportive, just like my husband and i like them. Front desk person, Jay, was friendly and very helpful..an asset to the hotel.
