Great experience! Wonderful experience! Front desk was always friendly, responsive, and worked with me when I needed help. Luis was especially terrific, very professional, patient, and eager to make my stay feel perfect!! There was work being done to change screens in every room. The staff made sure everyone was aware of this way ahead of time. When my room was done, I was on a conference call. The change happened so quick, I barely knew it happened! Nice place to stay for any reason!

The staff was friendly but the room had an odor so strong from the residences living in the hotel. It also did not have a flushing toilet.

The very sweet old man at the desk was amazing. Give that guy a raise asap. have never had such a pleasant experience with a hotel front desk like him. He is amazing. Other that that, the hallways SMELLED like Marijuana the entire time I was there. Residents were banging on the floor above me past midnight on two nights. There were drunk people stumbling down the hallway quickly towards me and made me feel unsafe while waiting for the elevator. The room was decently clean but still a bit too dirty. Bed was soft and comfortable. Room was quiet. Love the kitchen space with full size fridge.
The entrance to this venue pops up on you. It took me a second try to be able to access the parking lot. My initial reaction was acceptable. However upon further review this is certainly lacking quality. Elevator was very shaky. The hallways were dimly lit, in the middle of the day. While it is a smoke free room, the scent does infiltrate the full venue. Lights took a few tries to turn on, alarm clock was not plugged in. Toilet was not able to flush.
