A good experience. Personell were very helpful when we checked in. Room was clean and comfortable. My wife is frightened by elevators, so the woman who greeted us arranged for a first floor room, which was very helpful. Facilities for pets are provided and plenty of room to walk our pups. The rates are fair. We will stay again.

PA is dead. The place smelled like cigarette, mainly the bathroom. The toilet, sink, and bathtub wasn’t cleaned properly, there were some dirt. The trash bins weren’t prepared either. The trash bag wasn’t on the bin. The fridge is old and sticky and its door gets a little stuck sometimes. The place has kitchen but no paper towel nor hand or dish soap. It didn’t have any basic utensils and cup either. The bed was tough/rigid/hard. The whole place overall seems run down.

Attentive, personable service. Convenient location. Clean. Kitchen in the room with stove, refrigerator, and microwave. It would be great to add a recycling bin to the trash room. The staff were top notch, professional and helpful.

Elevator didn’t work & we were on the second floor.. no assistance given.. pillows were soiled & cigarette burns in sheets

Fine - for the Price A bit worn with amenities being restricted by Covid. Comfortable and clean though, which is all you can really expect these days..
