Staff was really nice & helpful Nothing really that I did not like - this is not a 5-star hotel and I had realistic expectations.
Good for the price Good hotel for the price. Convenient to where I wanted to go. Shower fixtures needed replacing. Room otherwise clean.
Room was not clean. And was waiting for receptionist to finish ordering her food before she took care of me
Check in was easy. Room is great. Nice set up with a small kitchenette.
Luis the desk clerk was most helpful when our WiFi was accidentally disconnected. He had a fully booked hotel and still managed to help us when we needed it.
