Elevator didn’t work & we were on the second floor.. no assistance given.. pillows were soiled & cigarette burns in sheets

Fine - for the Price A bit worn with amenities being restricted by Covid. Comfortable and clean though, which is all you can really expect these days..
CLEAN & COMFY It was a clean, well maintained, stocked hotel. The employees were helpful and friendly. The ambiance was comfortable and relaxing. It was very quiet.

Extended Stay Malvern The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The hotel is a bit outdated and while it says no smoking, people do smoke inside. It was an average stay for the price.

Room was not as clean. Leftover trash from previous guest. Front desk was accommodating.
