The entrance to this venue pops up on you. It took me a second try to be able to access the parking lot. My initial reaction was acceptable. However upon further review this is certainly lacking quality. Elevator was very shaky. The hallways were dimly lit, in the middle of the day. While it is a smoke free room, the scent does infiltrate the full venue. Lights took a few tries to turn on, alarm clock was not plugged in. Toilet was not able to flush. Staff was really nice & helpful Nothing really that I did not like - this is not a 5-star hotel and I had realistic expectations.

Good for the price Good hotel for the price. Convenient to where I wanted to go. Shower fixtures needed replacing. Room otherwise clean.
Room was not clean. And was waiting for receptionist to finish ordering her food before she took care of me

Luis the desk clerk was most helpful when our WiFi was accidentally disconnected. He had a fully booked hotel and still managed to help us when we needed it.
