SMOKE SMELL IN HALLWAY This hotel is a typical midpriced business hotel - clean, nice, met expectations except the place REEKED of smoke in the HALLWAY - on a "nonsmoking" floor... it was the kind of smell that was buried deep in the carpets... The ROOM was not smelly, but open the door to the hall and WHAM.... "who's smoking?"!

Great value for a low cost I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the room and the upgrades recently completed. It is in a safe area for me to travel with many amenities nearby (grocery, restaurants, YMCA, etc.) Staff was helpful and friendly. Only feedback I would have is around a billing issue I had between Hotel.com and the hotel - however, that was quickly remedied in a friendly manner by both parties.

great for extended stay This hotel had a full kitchen in the room, which was very nice. It has nice furnishings and the layout of the room was also nice. It was a pretty big room. They let me check in early, which what very convenient.

Courteous & helpful staff; priced appropriately The staff is helpful and accommodating. The complimentary "breakfast" should be discontinued or improved - the selection is hardly "breakfast" (it's just juice, coffee and a few packaged muffins). But, the property is priced appropriately and serves nicely for a short stay.

A pretty good value but average accomodations We arrived late on a Friday night for a weekend activity in the area. Even though our room was a no smoking room there was still a cigarett smoke stench in our hallway. We did not receive maid service during our two night stay! We were also looking forward to at least a modest breakfact, but were told breakfast was only served on weekdays.
