Awful It was supposed to be two queen beds, it was two doubles. The beds were very uncomfortable, the temperature in the room was either warm or ice cold. The shower was either cold or scolding hot. Will not be staying with this brand again.

Deep clean needed Check-in took forever. Room appeared clean, but the first photo below shows an accumulation of dust on the top of the bathroom door. I won't be returning.

We booked this room for 1 night as a pitstop for my family. I explained it was me and my husband, then 2 kids. I was given the extra bedding for the pull out couch but told there were no extra pillows. When we got to the room we saw there were only 3 pillows, not even enough for the each guest to have 1. The next morning, the breakfast choices were extremely limited. I thought there would at least be somentype of juice for the kids, but only coffee or hot water forntea.

Property is outdated and need renovations. Place is noisy from traffic, thin floors, and barking dogs. Will never return.

The room was disgusting. It was dirty and smelly. The cabinets were falling apart. The bathroom had mold in the showers. I would not recommend this place.

Although the location of the property was excellent and the staff was kind the hotel room we stayed in was in very bad shape the floors where cracking and uneven. The bathroom very rundown. The mattress on the bed was rough. The pull out mattress was so bad it was unsleepable. The hairdryer was dangerously broken. The check in is very slow. The room are poorly maintained. Older furniture. Strange or unpleasant odor. Some staff are talking loud. They advertised that breakfast is included. But they provided snacks. I will not book or recommend this hotel.

Carpet doesn't look like in photos. It seems it has not cleaned for a years. Toilet seat was not aligned properly. We stayed on main floor, so for privacy we can not keep curtain or black out open. Lighting was not good enough.
