Jeanne at the front desk was awesome. She was super friendly and helpful. My room was spacious and clean. I had a great experience and would definitely stay there again.

Staff was super friendly and very accommodating The front desk attendant addressed our concerns about the cleaniness of our room by letting us stay in a different room. This room and the facility overall was not the cleanest of places in general; we got what we paid for. The staff were very attentive to our needs and did address a concern of ours that arose with someone else staying at the facility.

Budget friendly This place reeks of stale cigarettes. I think there was someone smoking in one of the rooms with the door open to the hallway on a regular basis. The extended stay/worker guests get up early in the morning and basically take all of the coffee from the two urns that were put out, and the hotel staff wouldn't refill them. The breakfast doesn't even meet the standard of a basic continental breakfast at any other Hotel I've ever stayed at. The pool was full of hair

NOT worth the low cost... Room was recently exterminated they staff didn't bother to clean the upside down dead bugs from the room, I found them in numerous locations. Room service only comes once a week, so during my 4 day stay there was no service. Room temperature was extremely difficult to control and balance in the sleeping area.

Staff friendly and helpful... however lack of communication service for room service

Train the staff I wanted to check out on Thursday. The front desk person was new and didn’t know how to checkout. Constantly saying I was paid then in the next breath I owed the bill. I explained and showed her I paid using hotels.com. The resolution was to leave and the manager will look at it when they come in. If there’s any issue they’ll call.
