Pleasantly Surprised! Good size room for 3 adults 2 Children & a dog. No issues at all! Had a great stay!

Had to ask for everything! Never stayed where there was not extra pillows in closet, No toiletries in bathroom. Or No coffee pot in room. Also no towel to use for the pool. Not enough towels in room. Very disappointing. In fact I was booked to stay the following week & I cancelled.

Wish I’d stayed elsewhere My stay at the Extended Stay was my first here and I won’t use it again. Foremost my air conditioning did not work at all. I stayed two nights, after the first night I politely said something in the morning to the front desk. Came back that evening and still wasn’t working and could not change rooms because they were full. It was miserable and windows only opened about 4 inches in width. Sofa bed a dog would not sleep on. The sofa bed was unusable. I have slept on many sofa beds and none are very comfortable. But this one was unbearable. I asked if they could replace the mattress and was told there was nothing they could do.

Run down hotel, everything is old and does not work. When you walk in the hotel it has weird smell. Bed is not comfortable. Ac unit is super loud. Fan and hair blow dryer in the bathroom did not work. Room is super small.
